We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rlaarlo.com.
Overview
We want you to love your Rlaarlo vehicles as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Rlaarlo, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
- Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at support@rlaarlo.com.
- Once we receive your e-mail, our customer support team will send you an address where you can return the device. We do not cover the shipping costs of the returned equipment. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
- Once we receive the returned device to our warehouse, it will take approximately two business days to process a refund.
- Once we issue the refund, it can take 2-3 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
(a)Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
(b)Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and unused with the original hangtags and packaging attached.If a gift is included, the gift must be returned with the return of the goods
(c)Please contact us via support@rlaarlo.com;to get return address before shipping. Please do not send back to the original shipping address directly.
(d)Please allow 3 business days for returns to be processed after receiving permission to return the goods.
(e)Rlaarlo is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
(f)At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Note:Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged on arrival or defective.We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error.
Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.
