Rlarrlo products are manufactured with high-quality parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, Rlaarlo warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship within a specific period from the date of purchase. 


If the product fails due to defects in materials or the design process within the warranty period, Rlaarlo will repair or replace parts for free (and we do not cover the shipping costs)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

(a) The warranty period of the product has expired.

(b) Cosmetic damage;

(c) Damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or due to improper use, installation, operation or maintenance;

(d) Defects or damage caused by private modification or disassembly;

(e) Defects or damage caused by improper operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the User Manual;

(f) Attempted service by anyone other than a Rlaarlo authorized service center;

(g) Product not purchased from an authorized Rlaarlo dealer;

(h) Product not compliant with applicable technical regulations;

(i) Use that violates any applicable laws, rules, or regulations;

(j) Failure to provide the proof of purchase date is not provided.

Attention: The user shall bear all the costs of product maintenance under the circumstances listed above.


To process a warranty claim, please send an email to support@rlaarlo.com and provide the following information:

  • Your complete name and order number
  •  A clear and legible photo of your Purchase Receipt attached to the email.
  •  A clear photo/video of your item showing any relevant details

* please confirm your product is still under warranty before submitting a request. Warranty conditions can be found in the product manual included with your purchase or in the manuals section of the individual product page.


  • Please contact us before returning a defective item; otherwise, your return request may be delayed.
  • If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective products.
