WE OFFER EASY RETURNS!

Rlaarlo is devoted to providing trusted service for our customers. If you have any dissatisfaction with our products, we will do our best to help you.
However, if one or more of the products you received shows quality issues, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to contact us at support@rlaarlo.com, we would be happy to offer you a replacement or a form of compensation.

Our Returns Policy

 

If our product doesn't perform for you, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

(a)Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

(b)Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and unused with the original hangtags and packaging attached.If a gift is included, the gift must be returned with the return of the goods

(c)Please contact us via support@rlaarlo.com to get return address before shipping. Please do not send back to the original shipping address directly.

(d)Please allow 3 business days for returns to be processed after receiving permission to return the goods.

(e)Rlaarlo is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.

(f)At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Note:Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged on arrival or defective.We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error.

Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Package not delivered (lost)
    For package loss prior to delivery, contact us to file a claim with the shipper.
  • Package was stolen after delivery
    We are not responsible for damage or theft after the package has been delivered.
  • Visible packaging damage
    Refuse the shipment if possible. In the event that you have accepted the delivery and later find significant packaging damage resulting in damage to the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly refer to the detailed return steps below. To expedite the return process, please provide at least one photo of the damaged box and one photo of the damaged product.

New and Unused Products

  • If you've ordered the wrong item or no longer need your item, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order before it ships. For orders that have already been shipped, you can return the new, unassembled, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Please note that for shipped orders, Rlaarlo reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.
  • If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product), Rlaarlo will pay the return shipping costs.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging, complete with all parts, accessories, and materials. We will be unable to process returns if parts are missing, or if items are damaged due to improper packaging.
  • We recommend taking photos of the item's condition and packaging in case damage occurs during shipping.

ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER

Possible reasons:

  1. Order Split Shipped: Please contact us(support@rlaarlo.com) to check whether your order has been split shipped.
  2. Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked, there is still something missed. Please take photos of the items that have arrived and email what is missed to our Customer Service, including your order number and the parcel label.

ITEMS DEAD ON ARRIVAL

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

We will process the refund for you within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned items, and the refund will come to your account according to your original payment method. Usually, the refund will be back to your account within 2-3 working days.

PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If an item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
