If you’re unsure about shipping availability to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
NOTE:For some countries or regions, logistics companies will charge extra for delivery to remote areas, and the extra cost will have to be borne by the customer.
What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
Rlaarlo partners with FedEx, USPS, UPS,and DHL to provide the most economical and reliable shipping options based on the weight and destination of your shipment.
The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of shipping to ensure the best delivery method available.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)
The order(s) usually will be delivered to you by 10-15 working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If your order has not been delivered in 30 working days, please contact us, and our support team will take care of it for you.
- Please note that this delivery time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delivery delays to customs holds and inspections or delays due to conditions beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
How Do I Track My Order?

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, please click on the order information, then you can find your tracking information here.
- I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET
As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, please reach out to us at support@rlaarlo.com, our sales staff will contact you ASAP.
- TRACK YOUR ORDER FROM THE "TRACKING MY ORDERS" PAGE
After receiving your tracking information, you can also click to our TRACKING MY ORDERS page and paste the tracking number to check the shipping details.

Does Rlaarlo Offer A Free Warranty Policy?
We offer a 90-day warranty after you receive the products. If there is an original product issue, we will provide parts replacement or maintenance service.

Is Necessary To Remove And Disconnect Batteries From The Car Before Charging?
For your safety, please disconnect and remove the batteries before charging.
The basic knowledge about the maintenance and storage of lithium batteries (please always follow):
- The new battery is only half-charged when leaving the factory. The battery must be full-charged with the complimentary USB charger before use.
- The full voltage per battery is 4.2V. Over-discharge will damage and swell the battery. And the USB charger will refuse to charge the battery, the above doesn’t contain in the warranty. Discharge until the device stops working before cutting off the power is prohibited. Putting the car aside without cutting off the connection of the battery is prohibited.
- Please disconnect the device and battery if no use for a long time, and store the battery half-charged. The battery is recommended to store with a voltage of 3.8V-3.9V. The battery stored with full charge or discharge will swell easily.
Where Can I Get A Better Compatible Charger For These Batteries?
You can use any 5V1A or 5V2A charger to charge the battery, or you can use a computer or other USB chargers (charging time may be longer).

Can I Run Rlaarlo RC CAR In The Rain?
You can run your Rlaarlo when it does not rain heavily as the ESC of Rlaarlo RC Cars is waterproof. We recommend using dry tissue or cloth to clean the body and parts inside afterwards to avoid short circuits. And please be careful not to soak the car in the water.
*NOTICE*:This product features splash-resistant design with certain water-sealing capabilities, but it is not fully waterproof. Do not immerse in water or operate in deep-water environments!
Can I Use Any RC Controller For Rlaarlo Vehicles?
The controller for each Rlaarlo model is specially designed, controller of different models or brands won’t work.

Does The Car Come Built?
Yes, all Rlaarlo RC Cars come built, ready to run(Except some roller).
ORDER
How To Make Sure If My Order Was Successfully Placed?
If your order was successful .Placed,you would receive an order confirmation email that contains an order number. If not, your payment was not successful. This could be for a number of reasons including that your ZIP code did not match the one associated with your credit card. In order to solve this, edit your billing address to match the one associated with your credit card.
If you are unsure why your payment failed please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
How Do I Know That My Order Was Already Shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail including your tracking number and carrier and you can track it yourself.
Can I Change Or Cancel The Shipping Address For My Order?
In order bring customers better shopping experience,every order can be cancelled or changed before shipping out. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter any order information.
Can I Return My Product?
If our product doesn't perform for you, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
(a)Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
(b)Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and unused with the original hangtags and packaging attached.If a gift is included, the gift must be returned with the return of the goods
(c)Please contact us via support@rlaarlo.com to get return address before shipping. Please do not send back to the original shipping address directly.
(d)Please allow 3 business days for returns to be processed after receiving permission to return the goods.
(e)Rlaarlo is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
(f)At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Note:Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged on arrival or defective.We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error.
Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
After receiving and checking your returned item which is in an intact condition, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 2-3 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.
Items Are Missing From My Order.
Possible reasons:
1. Order Split Shipped: Please contact us(support@rlaarlo.com) to check whether your order has been split shipped.
2. Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.
If you have checked, there is still something missed. Please take photos of the items that have arrived and email what is missed to our Customer Service, including your order number and the parcel label.
What Happens If My Package Is Lost Or Stolen?
If a package is lost prior to delivery, we will submit a claim with the shipper. If approved, we will refund the customer or send out a replacement. Typically, this process takes 3 to 5 business days.
We are not responsible for damage or theft occurring once the package has been delivered.
Items Damaged On Arrival.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos showing the damage and visible shipping label. Upon verification, we will process free replacement or refund.
I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered At The Same Time?
Your items may ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive separately. If an item is on backorder or ships from a different location, it will be sent in a separate shipment.
Rest assured, you will not be charged extra shipping fees for multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package once it ships.

What Are My Payment Options?
We mainly accept major Credit Cards, PayPal and gift cards etc.
When Will Be Charged For My Order?
You will be charged when we ship your order. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.
Why Did Fail To Pay For My Order?
It may be due that the information you fill in is not true and valid. Please note that all the information need to fill in, including the email address, must be true and valid to make the payment successfully.
Where Is My Discount Code?
The discount code will be sent to your email. We also recommend checking your junk folder just in case!
Can I Use More Than One Discount?

How Are Taxes And Duties Calculated?
Every product price on Rlaarlo site is not tax included,if the parcels are detained by the customs, it will be the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the customs, and to pay duty tax if required by local cutstoms.
