Crafted from 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy, the chassis offers hardness and impact resistance far exceeding standard materials. Whether flying low on high-speed tracks or repeatedly jumping over gravel, it remains undeformed.
Coupled with an angled kick-up design, the front of the chassis actively guides airflow to reduce turbulent lift, while also increasing the approach angle to minimize resistance during jump landings. The faster you go, the more stable it gets.
The front and rear suspension mounts are deeply embedded into the 7075-T6 aluminum chassis, seamlessly integrating the gearbox with the chassis plate. Upon impact, forces are efficiently distributed throughout the chassis, optimally dispersing shock during intense collisions.
The front and rear suspension arms feature embedded carbon fiber stiffener inserts. These stiffeners massively reinforce suspension arm rigidity and provide the suspension system with exceptional impact resistance, further enhancing the durability of the overall structure.
The upper suspension arms utilize a quick-release design to streamline assembly and trackside maintenance. Spend more time on the track and less time on the workbench.
Both front and rear shock towers are crafted from 5mm thick 7075-T6 aviation-grade aluminum. Each tower features multiple mounting holes, allowing you to quickly alter the upper shock pivot points to tune the vehicle's roll center and shock leverage ratio. Combined with the anti-roll bar mounting points, you can rapidly dial in a completely new suspension setup.
The front and rear suspension arms are secured with Φ3.5mm hardened hinge pins. Resistant to bending under lateral impacts, they reduce maintenance frequency and provide ultimate durability for tackling the most complex off-road terrains.
The DSK is equipped with fully enclosed CNC oil-filled shocks, providing 360° protection for the upper shock caps to minimize debris ingress. Utilizing a bladder interlocking design, the protector sleeves over the shock bladder, creating a structural limit that prevents shifting during tightening and significantly enhances sealing.
Additionally, they feature quick-release shock spring retainers. The spring naturally locks the retainer and rod end together—making assembly effortless with no setscrews required, resulting in a much cleaner look.
The DSK includes anti-roll bars in various thicknesses, allowing for fine-tuning of handling and stability based on track conditions. By swapping out bars of different diameters, you can find the perfect balance for both low-grip bashing and high-grip racing, enhancing cornering control and precision.
The DSK's steering system is designed with ultimate durability and precision at its core. The steering linkage connects directly to an aluminum servo horn for a more immediate steering response. Coupled with adjustable turnbuckles, you can finely tune the toe angle and steering throw, easily dialing in the sweet spot for handling.
The DSK's steering buffer system utilizes a waved contact surface design, ensuring the upper and lower sections of the servo saver maintain constant surface-to-surface contact. During severe impacts, the waved surfaces evenly distribute and cushion the force, preventing instantaneous torque spikes from transferring directly to the servo gears, delivering ultra-precise steering while maximizing servo protection.
The steering knuckle hubs feature a diamond-shaped opening. This profile minimizes interference between the steering knuckle and the turnbuckle during rotation, allowing greater steering throw while providing increased pivot ball retention.
The DSK's steering pivot balls utilize a top and bottom clamping design, firmly locking the pivot ball inside the hub—delivering bulletproof reliability during harsh impacts. It prevents loosening or popping out to ensure razor-sharp steering precision.
Additionally, both the steering knuckle hubs and rear hubs feature new maintenance ports. When bearings are jammed with mud or sand, you can directly spray cleaner through the ports without removing the bearings. Fast and convenient maintenance.

The DSK's C-hub steering block supports quick angle adjustments. By simply changing the spacer positions on the upper suspension arms in conjunction with the C-hub mechanism, you can rapidly tune the caster angles without disassembling the entire steering knuckle.
The DSK features pivot ball retainer screws added to critical points on the upper and lower suspension arms. Firmly braced behind the pivot balls, they do not interfere with normal rotation but effectively prevent the pivot balls from loosening or popping out during violent impacts.
The DSK is equipped with front, center, and rear differentials. Built to withstand the rigorous demands of intense racing across sand, gravel, or professional tracks, they precisely route power to the wheels with the most grip—delivering reliable power distribution and exceptional traction.
Embedded metal inserts inside the differential case prevent the cross pins from directly rubbing against the plastic housing. This reduces wear, ensures smoother operation, and dramatically increases the housing's longevity.
The DSK offers various optional gears, allowing you to easily adjust the transmission ratio. Personalize the buggy's top speed and acceleration performance to match different track conditions and driving styles.
The DSK's quick-release gearbox housing is secured by just four screws. Once loosened, the entire differential assembly can be pulled straight out—enabling lightning-fast access to change oil, swap gears, or perform maintenance without needing to detach the suspension or remove the arms, massively cutting down pit time.
The center differential assembly features a quick-release, independent modular design. Simply remove four screws to lift out the entire center diff. Easily swap pinion gears (supports 12T-24T MOD1 pinions) or change to a different viscosity diff fluid.
The DSK's gearbox bearing seats utilize a metal-insert injection molding process. The metal sleeves are embedded before the plastic is molded around them, guaranteeing superior drivetrain precision during endurance racing. This effectively reduces small bevel gear runout and significantly extends gear lifespan.
The DSK features a competition-grade drivetrain. Three differentials (front, center, and rear) guarantee precise power distribution and abundant traction across any terrain. CNC machined bevel gears provide exact meshing, reducing friction and wear to maintain stable performance during intense racing. Four-wheel universal driveshafts ensure smooth power delivery and reliable performance under the most grueling conditions.
From materials to design, the DSK's drivetrain is built to competition standards. All drive components are crafted from 40Cr steel and precision-cut using CNC machining. This meticulous manufacturing process ensures ultra-long lifespans and reliable performance, even in the harshest racing environments.
The DSK's body shell is crafted from 1.5mm high-toughness polycarbonate (PC) material, perfectly balancing lightweight performance with impact resistance. Its sleek, stylish lines are not just visually pleasing but also enhance performance. The aerodynamically optimized shape effectively reduces drag, improves high-speed stability, and increases rear downforce.
The DSK's rear wing is meticulously designed to allow adjustments for optimized downforce, maximizing stability and traction on high-speed straights and through sharp corners.
Wing Angle Adjustment: Precisely tune the wing inclination by adjusting the wing mount's stepless holes for optimal aerodynamic downforce.
Adjustable Wing Position: Utilizing oval-shaped wing buttons, simply reverse the mounting direction to quickly shift the entire wing forward or backward by 5mm, altering the downforce focal point.
Wing Rigidity Structure: Fine-tune wing stiffness by installing steel rods of varying diameters at the trailing edge. A thin rod makes the wing flexible to absorb turbulent impacts, while a thick rod makes it rigid to provide stable, heavy downforce.
The DSK is equipped with two new types of tires, both utilizing standard 17mm hex hubs. Made from high-strength, impact-resistant compounds, they resist deformation over long-term use.
Mini-Pin Tires: Shallower tread for sharper steering response, born specifically for high-speed off-road and racing scenarios.
Large-Pin Tires: Stronger absolute grip, making climbing and clearing obstacles feel like driving on flat ground.
Prioritize mini-pin tires for sand or mud, and large-pin tires for grass or gravel. Whichever you choose, the optimized tread patterns deliver exceptional straight-line and cornering grip, exhibit outstanding dynamic balance, and minimize tire ballooning.
The DSK is equipped with RLAARLO's newly developed competition-grade motor, designed to achieve peak performance. It delivers smooth power output and superior handling in every race.
Comes standard with a 4274-2050KV Sensorless Brushless Motor for brutal, direct power right out of the box. A 4278-2050KV Sensored Brushless Motor is also available as an optional upgrade.
The DSK is equipped with RLAARLO's newly developed competition-grade Electronic Speed Controller (ESC).
