MK-07 FOC Brushless Version

The highlights of the new FOC Brushless Version:

1. Two new body shell paint options have been introduced: Snowy White and the new Dinosaur themed design, providing users with more personalized choices.
2. The brushless drivetrain components have been fully upgraded. The pinion gear is now a 15T, the spur gear is upgraded to 35T, and the 36T differential gear along with the 11T output gear have been upgraded to chrome steel, significantly improving transmission performance and durability.
3. The servo linkage has been upgraded to a straight servo linkage, while the original buffered linkage will be included as an additional accessory, offering users more practical value.

Compared to the brushed version of the MK-07, the brushless version has more of the following features:

1. Low Speed Linearity: At ultra-low speeds, the MK-07 travels more slowly and steadily, allowing the user to make more adjustments to the handling. In addition, at ultra-low speeds, the vehicle's center of gravity is more stable, which improves climbing performance and allows it to take on more difficult climbs and obstacles.
2. Torque Compensation: When faced with difficult climbs or obstacles, the FOC Torque Compensation automatically increases the torque by means of an automatic algorithm, enabling the MK-07 to climb over difficult obstacles in a stable manner.
3. High Speed: Travel speeds have been significantly increased, reaching a top speed of 35km/h with the 4S battery change, bringing more playfulness to the large scale climber.
4. Noise Reduction: The brushless version runs quietly from start-up to high speed, making the whole vehicle less noisy than the brushed version.
5. Brushless feature: with waterproof function, it is more durable and long-lasting than the brushed version, and the overall performance has been optimized and improved.
6. Fan Adjustment: Intelligent fan system can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the degree of heat generated by the ESC to achieve energy saving and quiet effect.

Brushless Power System Breakdown

1.Equipped with a 4282 high-torque 2200KV magnetic encoding FOC sensored motor, featuring a high-speed digital sensor that requires no calibration, the motor is plug-and-play. The sensor supports hot-swapping with strong anti-interference and high signal quality.

2.The FOC ESC supports 2-4S batteries with a continuous current of 140A, utilizing vector control technology. Compared to square wave ESCs, it saves 5%-20% energy, providing longer run times for climbing adventures. The acceleration and deceleration performance of the FOC ESC is over twice as fast as square wave models.

3.The FOC ESC operates with low-noise sine wave current, ensuring quiet motor operation from startup to maximum speed, without electrical noise interference. It enables zero-speed startups, with over 3000 continuous instant starts from standstill to full speed, offering a high-speed stability that is more than 5% better than typical square wave ESCs.

4.To provide users with a more precise control experience, Rlaarlo has developed the ESC control app “VIRCAS”. Users can connect via Bluetooth and use the mobile app to adjust ESC parameters, supporting up to 31 customizable parameter options. This allows users to fine-tune performance for different scenarios, making it easy to conquer a variety of terrains.

5.The high-torque motor meets the needs of most large-scale crawlers on the market. Its low-speed linear torque compensation allows the vehicle to easily overcome obstacles while maintaining perfect balance.
