*If we encounter a large number of orders, the shipment may be delayed for several days. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

NOTE:For some countries or regions, logistics companies will charge extra for delivery to remote areas, and the extra cost will have to be borne by the customer.

 HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

FREE Shipping– FREE (for orders over $200)

Standard Shipping – $25.9 (for orders under $200)

Expedited Shipping- $39.9

*Customs duty, tax, fees are NOT included in the shipping fee.

NOTE: We offer free shipping for orders over $200, but this is not usually available on pre-sale products.

HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED?

Duties and taxes are calculated on a country by country basis based on the items purchased, where they were made, where they’re headed, and the total order value. VAT or other applicable taxes will be factored into the total price once you enter your address at check out.

*All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends . Once your orders are shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our system when the shipping information has been uploaded. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact support@rlaarlo.com.

*Except for pre-sale items, the shipping time of pre-sale items is subject to the product detail page.

*We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the recipient

ORDER REVISION OR CANCELLATION

You are able to revise or cancel your orders before you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Once your orders are shipped out, you are not allowed to revise or cancel the order anymore.If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

The order(s) usually will be delivered to you by 10-15 working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If your order has not been delivered in 30 working days, please contact us, and our support team will take care of it for you.

*Please note that this delivery time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delivery delays to customs holds and inspections or delays due to conditions beyond our control.
*We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  1. GOT A RLAARLO ACCOUNT?

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, please click on the order information, then you can find your tracking information here.

  1. I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, please reach out to us at support@rlaarlo.com, our sales staff will contact you ASAP.

  1. TRACK YOUR ORDER FROM THE "TRACKING MY ORDERS" PAGE

After receiving your tracking information, you can also click to our TRACKING MY ORDERS page and paste the tracking number to check the shipping details.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THAN WHAT I ORDERED?

Please check for short delivery or damaged / wrong product when receiving parcels. If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (support@rlaarlo.com) within 5 days from the date that you received the product, with product photos / your name / order number provided, so that we will fix it upon evaluation.
